Un buonissimo budino cioccolatoso e invitante per dare alle vostre feste un tocco internazionale.\u00a0\u00c8 usanza, infine, inserire nel composto del dolce delle monetine, avvolte nella carta d\u2019alluminio, che porteranno fortuna a chi le trover\u00e0 il giorno di Natale. C\u2019\u00e8 anche chi preferisce inserire un anello, premonitore di matrimonio entro un anno, oppure ditali e bottoni, che invece \u201ccondannano\u201d le signore a rimanere zitelle.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredienti<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gr. margarina;<\/li>\n<li>350 gr. uvetta secca di Corinto;<\/li>\n<li>200 gr. uva sultanina;<\/li>\n<li>200 gr. uva passa;<\/li>\n<li>50 gr di canditi misti;<\/li>\n<li>25 gr. di mandorle tritate;<\/li>\n<li>175 gr. farina;<\/li>\n<li>2 cucchiaini di spezie miste in polvere (chiodi di garofano, cannella, zenzero);<\/li>\n<li>1 cucchiaino di noce moscata in polvere;<\/li>\n<li>175 g di briciole di pane fresco (pane al latte, senza crosta);<\/li>\n<li>700 g di zucchero di canna;<\/li>\n<li>2 uova;<\/li>\n<li>la buccia ed il succo di un limone;<\/li>\n<li>1 cucchiaio di melassa;<\/li>\n<li>4 cucchiai di latte;<\/li>\n<li>2 cucchiai di brandy;<\/li>\n<li>1 stampo da budino dalla capacit\u00e0 di 1 litro;<\/li>\n<li>carta oleata;<\/li>\n<li>agrifoglio per decorare;<\/li>\n<li>1 cucchiaio di brandy per flambare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Preparazione<\/h2>\n<p>Imburrate lo stampo da budino con abbondante burro e a parte anche un foglio doppio di carta oleata che vi servir\u00e0 poi da coperchio per il pudding. In una ciotola grande mescolate tutti gli ingredienti con un cucchiaio di legno per circa 5 minuti fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo e riempite con questo la forma imburrata. Pareggiate la superficie che deve rimanere al di sotto del bordo per circa 2,5 cm e coprite con il doppio foglio di carta oleata (la parte imburrata rivolta verso l\u2019interno) ben ripiegato tutt\u2019intorno al bordo e legato con dello spago da cucina.<\/p>\n<p>Mettete il pudding in una pentola e aggiungete dell\u2019acqua calda in modo che ricopra la forma per 1\/3. Coprite col coperchio e fate cuocere a fuoco basso per circa 6 ore non dimenticando di aggiungere sempre l\u2019acqua calda che mano a mano evapora. Trascorso questo tempo, togliete il pudding dall\u2019acqua e fate raffreddare. Sostituite poi il coperchio di carta oleata con un altro che legherete come il precedente. Conservate il pudding in un luogo fresco e arieggiato.<\/p>\n<p>Il giorno nel quale servirete il dolce, riscaldate il pudding per circa 2 o 3 ore con lo stesso metodo che avete usato per la prima cottura, ricordandovi di sostituire di tanto in tanto l\u2019acqua che evapora. Quando \u00e8 ben caldo, rovesciatelo sul piatto di portata, decorate con l\u2019agrifoglio, versate sulla cima un cucchiaio di brandy riscaldato in un pentolino e flambate (infiammate) a tavola.
